• Creating and executing brand plans for the portfolio
• Overseeing partnerships between brand owners including managing the entirety of consumer marketing strategies for each brand and their financial outcomes
• Overseeing, monitoring and managing the performance metrics for the brand portfolio
• Craft and implement exemplary consumer and trade marketing strategies and collaborate with the commercial team to organise, synchronise, and assess the effectiveness of brand promotion and visibility initiatives
• Oversee the financial aspects of each brand, ensuring all activities are conducted within the allocated budget.
• Support management team to secure new brand acquisitions
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience dealing with grocery retailers e.g. Spar
• Knowledge of product launches in store in FMCG sector
• Experience in creating and implementing brand plans that have attained significant performance.
