Marketing Manager – Property / Residential Development
We’re delighted to be working with a highly regarded organisation in the property and residential development sector to find a Marketing Manager who is passionate about delivering campaigns that genuinely make an impact.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively, and seeing their marketing activity directly translate into sales success.
The opportunity
Reporting into an experienced Head of Marketing, you’ll take the lead on scheme-level marketing across a varied development portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape campaigns, test new ideas, and bring development schemes to life for buyers.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Deliver thoughtful, well-targeted campaigns that drive high-quality leads
- Bring developments to market through engaging content across digital, print and on-site channels
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing supports performance on the ground
- Plan and deliver launches, open days and customer-facing events
- Monitor campaign performance and refine approach to maximise results.
- Support and develop junior colleagues, helping to build a positive and high-performing team culture.
About you
You’ll likely come from a property, real estate or residential development background, and enjoy the pace and variety that comes with it.

- Take pride in producing high-quality, detail-focused work
- Are confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- Enjoy both the creative and commercial sides of marketing
- Build strong, trusted relationships internally and externally
- Bring energy, ideas and a proactive approach to their work
A marketing qualification (CIM or similar) would be beneficial, but most important is your experience and mindset.
