Architect Associate Director

based in Glasgow to recruit an associate/director with a proven track record in
business development. Located in the
heart of Glasgow and operating on projects that span the UK; the practice has
been a cornerstone of Britain's architectural scene since its founding over one
hundred and ten years ago. The practice
is an industry leader in science and healthcare developments and has a clear
footprint on the development of these specialisms within the UK . This is an excellent opportunity for an
ambitious architect looking to move into a senior role, with a focus on the
holistic management of the practice and the acquisition of new business.
What you’ll
need to succeed:
- You'll be an associate or director with experience in project delivery and the operational management of practices.
- A comprehensive understanding of the logistics behind bid submission and the acquisition of new business.
- A proven business development track record at previous practices.
- Ability to manage project teams and act as a mentor for junior staff.
- Experience across sector disciplines.
- Experience working in high-value projects.
- Experience working on projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of an intimate team.
