Marketing Executive | Chorley | Permanent – Full Time | 23 Days Holiday + BH | £30,000+ DOE


A well-established business specialising in care home consumables is seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with a creative flair and a passion for digital engagement. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, skilled in multi-channel campaign execution, and enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of a purpose-led organisation that makes a meaningful impact.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with hybrid working days.

Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Executive your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns.
  • Optimise paid search (Google Ads), display, LinkedIn ads, and retargeting efforts.
  • Create and distribute compelling content across relevant platforms.
  • Improve organic search performance and website visibility.
  • Enhance website UX/UI, loading speed, and SEO.
  • Monitor site traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Design and manage email campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Segment audiences and personalise messaging to boost engagement.
  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn.
  • Grow the company’s social media presence and follower base.
  • Engage with audiences and manage interactions.
  • Track key performance indicators and prepare weekly reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Use analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and Purchasing.
  • Liaise with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this position you should have:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience of working within a digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with WordPress, email platforms, Mailchimp and marketing automation.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
