Your new role

I'm looking for a creative Full-Mix Marketing Specialist with a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing. You will have experience in email marketing, graphic design, and reporting analytics. You will be a self-starter who can work independently and deliver impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

You will:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline activities.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital graphics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing collateral that supports sales initiatives.
  • Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the company’s website and ensure content is up-to-date.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other offline marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a full-mix marketing role.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software, social media management tools).
  • Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in creating and designing brochures and other marketing collateral.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
