Location: Leicester area
Position Type: 35 hours per week

We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Performance Analyst to join our growing team and help shape our future growth strategy.
Your new role
Performance Tracking and Optimisation
Monitor the PPC performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis.
Test and optimise various elements of the website and campaigns, including customer buying journeys, landing pages and PPC ad copy.
Assist in implementing tracking improvements across the websites using GTM optimisation and data layer ingestion.
Audience Segmentation
Segment customer and prospect data to better understand customer behaviour and preferences.
Develop personas and audience profiles to guide targeted marketing efforts.
Data Visualisation
Use data visualisation tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
CRM
Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
Use statistical and analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner and recommend actionable insight.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) in an e-commerce context.
Confident using Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
Experience with CRM software management.
Experience with automated marketing tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets for various audiences, including senior leadership.
A proven ability to collaborate and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Creative and innovative thinker, intellectually curious with the ability to challenge the status quo.
