Exciting Management Accountant opportunity in the hospitality industry, paying up to £50,000

Your new company

Your new company is a highly entrepreneurial, rapidly growing hospitality business which over recent years has seen a substantial amount of growth.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an accurate and timely close process. You will be in charge of discovering process improvements and implementing efficiency through your work. As part of the month-end procedure, you will prepare, analyse, and deliver comments, adding any ideas on how to improve financial performance. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the business and present numbers to senior staff as well as challenge any issues and suggest solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you will be ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience working as a Management Accountant, looking for that next step up. In addition to this, you will take a proactive approach to your work and have a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. You must have excellent attention to detail, and ideally you will have strong analytical and communication skills.
