With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to drive strategic leadership and effective execution of maintenance activities across our estate.
Your new role
A leading organisation in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Head of Maintenance to oversee strategic leadership and execution of maintenance activities across multiple industrial sites. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, manages a multidisciplinary engineering team, and drives the implementation of a Computerised Maintenance Management System.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably downstream.
- Proven track record in a senior engineering leadership role.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Process, EC&I, Civil, Chemical, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of COMAH regulations and high-hazard process industries.
- Professional membership of an accredited engineering institute.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
