Your new role

Supporting your team and reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, you are always ensuring safe availability of equipment for production, communicating with production to understand issues and try to prevent downtime in advance and complete checks of equipment to pre-empt issues. When this isn't possible, you are resolving breakdown issues. The company will always invest, so contributions to improvements and efficiencies and team culture are encouraged.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance to include mainly mechanical problem-solving, but pneumatics and hydraulics experience would be useful.
