Your new role

As a Maintenance Handyperson, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, and minor repairs. You’ll work across occupied and void properties, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations. The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance, often requiring travel between sites.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll need proven experience in general building maintenance or handyperson work, with practical skills across multiple trades. A strong customer service approach, good problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently are essential. A full UK driving licence is required due to the mobile nature of the role.
