Exciting Logistics Coordinator Opportunity– Hybrid Role in London

Your new role
As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will act as the internal forwarder, working closely with overseas offices. You’ll coordinate logistics activities with providers, customers, and suppliers, ensuring efficient movement of goods from collection to delivery. Responsibilities include negotiating freight rates, placing shipping bookings, monitoring shipments, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records in SAP.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sea freight logistics
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Strong commercial acumen
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in project cargo and claims management
- SAP experience (preferred)
