The Opportunity
The Hays Senior Finance Division in London is a 17-person team, split temp and perm across commercial clients ranging from Media to Insurance.
Our leadership team have over 35 years of experience in the London market and have seen the team grow significantly over the last 10 years, establishing industry-leading positions in both interim and permanent business units.
Sectors covered include:
Media, Consumer Goods, e-commerce, leisure, hospitality, Technology, SAAS, Construction & property, Insurance, Professional services, renewable energy, sustainability, oil & gas, mining.
Interim and Permanent job roles covered:
Financial Accountant, Management, Finance Analyst, Finance Manager, Business Partner, Financial Controller, Head of FP&A, Group Financial Controller, VP of Finance, Finance Director, CFO
What can I expect day to day?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. Your job role will include:
- Running a 360 desk
- Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
- Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans
- Facilitate to an advanced level the end-to-end recruitment process
- Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude
- Consistently develop market intelligence
- Working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects
