Personal Assistant job based in Norwich paying circa £30,000
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a meaningful role supporting senior leadership within a values-driven organisation?
Located just outside of Norwich, my client is seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant for one of their Senior Leaders. This is a pivotal role within a small, dedicated team, providing comprehensive administrative and diary support to the client and the wider leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Email Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and correspondence for the senior leader and the team.
- Administrative Support: Handle filing, telephone calls, post, and governance documentation.
- Event Coordination: Organise catering, RSVPs, and logistics for meetings and social events.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation
- Governance & Communication: Maintain databases, manage group communications, and support Trustee processes.
About You
I’m looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a PA to a senior leader, ideally within a church or charity setting.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
- A professional, collaborative, and respectful approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of, and ability to work in accordance with, the ethos and values of the Catholic Church.
