What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience as a paralegal or caseworker within community care, adult social care, children’s social care, or Mental Health Act work.
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014 and related social‑care legal frameworks.
- The ability to pick up a caseload immediately and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational, client care, and communication skills, with the ability to support vulnerable people sensitively and effectively.
