A global law firm with several office locations throughout the UK.

Your new role
My client is seeking a number of Legal Technologists (from mid-level to senior) to join their Innovation & Legal Technology team in either Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh.

These roles offer the chance to work on cutting-edge projects that transform how legal services are delivered. You will design and implement technology-enabled solutions using tools like HighQ, Generative AI, and document automation, collaborating with lawyers and clients to improve efficiency and client experience, whilst delivering exceptional results.

Whether you’re building bespoke client platforms or developing scalable solutions for repeatable work, you will play a key role in shaping the future of legal services.

What you'll need to succeed
• Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of legal technology tools such as HighQ, Kira, Legora (and ideally Orbital Witness).
• Experience: Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is essential.
• Project Management: Ability to scope, define, and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data analysis and process improvement; experience in wire-framing solutions is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Mindset: Innovative, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.

What you'll get in return
You can expect a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 to £65,000 (DoE) along with a range of financial and wellness benefits including pension (matched contribution of 5%), bonus, life assurance, critical illness, 25 days holiday (rising to 27 with length of service & option to buy/sell), private medical insurance, health screening, hybrid working (2 to 3 days in the office) and more.
