Legal Secretary, permanent position in Derry City

Your new company
Are you an experienced legal secretary with a passion for organisation and precision? Our client, a well-known Solicitors in Derry City, is seeking a dynamic professional to support a solicitor within their busy conveyancing team. This is a full-time, permanent position.


Your new role
As Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial support to one solicitor. You will liaise confidently with internal departments and external clients – through verbal, written and face-to-face communication. You will maintain a high level of efficiency and work with urgency to meet deadlines. In your role as Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for general administrative and secretarial tasks, including the filing of confidential information and updating of systems.

What you'll need to succeed
As Legal Secretary, essentially, you will have previous experience, preferably in conveyancing. You will have excellent organisational and attention to detail skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, and you will be proficient in Microsoft suite.

Accounts experience is desirable.
