Legal Secretary - Hybrid

You will be working for a large legal entity based in central Bristol.
Your new role
You will be supporting a legal team with secretarial and administrative duties such as the following:
- Provide admin support by checking and managing fee-earners’ emails, organising meetings, preparing materials, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing diaries.
- Arrange meetings, ensuring necessary equipment, catering, and appropriate room setups have been completed.
- Help organise and maintain both physical and digital records to ensure they are easily accessible and up to date.
- Overseeing WIP schedules, ensuring all matters are accurately billed, completing PI checklists, and liaising with Finance regarding aged debt management.
- Act as a point of contact between departments and external contacts, optimising fee-earners' time effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
Hybrid policy: Be able to be on site 2 days a week, 3 days WFH
Corporate Experience is necessary to work within a demanding corporate environment, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
Have excellent client care skills, fostering collaborative client relationships, and handle queries professionally.
Exceptional organisational capabilities, efficiently prioritising tasks under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines with precision.
Show initiative, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Be committed to lifelong learning and continuous development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced administrative skills and confident communication across all levels of the business.
