Your new role

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding international legal team in a newly created role. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a broad spectrum of commercial and operational legal matters across a global portfolio, with a strong focus on client-facing agreements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment and values collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, such as NDAs, T&Cs, technology, partnership, supplier, service, vendor and licencing agreements.

  • Provide legal guidance in areas including IP, data privacy, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure legal input aligns with business goals and product/service development.

  • Conduct legal research and risk assessments across multiple jurisdictions to support strategic decisions.

  • Act as the primary legal contact for designated departments and coordinate with external counsel on international matters.

  • Enhance legal operations by streamlining processes, leveraging contract management tools, and standardising documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Legal qualification in a Commonwealth or U.S. jurisdiction, 3–5 PQE as a guideline.
  • Strong background in complex commercial contract negotiation and drafting in an international organisation.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese would be a valuable asset but not required.
  • Ability to provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
