Six-month contract for an estates surveyor working with a local authority.

Your new company

I’m currently working with a well-established local authority in the North West who are looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their property team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial estates to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.

Your new role

In this role, you will be focusing on lease renewals and rent reviews across a varied commercial property portfolio. You will be responsible for progressing transactions, carrying out desktop valuations, and applying your expertise in landlord and tenant surveying to deliver effective and timely outcomes. You will work independently and bring a solid understanding of property legislation and valuation principles to everything you do.

What you'll get in return

This is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive day rate and flexible working arrangements. It’s a perfect fit for someone who enjoys driving forward estate management activities and thrives in a collaborative, results-driven setting.

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’re ready for, I’d be keen to hear from you.
