What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need extra help
- Assist with literacy, numeracy, and social development activities
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans
- Encourage confidence and engagement in the classroom
- Help with classroom organisation and resource preparation
What We’re Looking For:
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience supporting children in education (desirable)
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantage, not essential)
