About The Role
We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support students with special educational needs in a specialist setting.
This is a permanent opportunity with long-term career prospects.
You will support students throughout the day, helping them with learning, confidence, and independence.
What you'll do
- Support students 1:1 and in small groups
- Help with classroom tasks and activities
- Encourage independence and communication
- Support positive behaviour
- Work alongside teachers and support staff
- Support during lessons and break times
- Provide personal care where required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in SEN, care, education, or support work
- A patient and reliable attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Available 2–5 days per week or full-time
- Able to work 8:30am – 4:30pm
