SEN Key Stage 1 & 2 Teaching Assistant
Your new role
You will be providing 1:1 support to help the child stay on task, understand instructions, complete activities and achieve personal goals.
Desirable Experience: modifying instructions, implementing reward strategies, providing emotional and physical support, dealing with managing behaviours and working on goals such as social and motor skills.
What you'll need to succeed
-Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
-Full DBS on the update service
-Skills in communication, literacy & numeracy
-Experience of working with children with different levels of needs
