We’re seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary and secondary schools throughout the county. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we’d love to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans.
- Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence in the classroom.
- Support with personal care and emotional regulation when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
