Salary: FTE £23,277 | Actual £13,154.78 per annum

This Primary School is looking to recruit a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming, values-driven school in Walton-on-Thames, where staff wellbeing and professional development are genuinely prioritised.

The successful candidate will support children’s learning both in the classroom and during break and lunchtimes, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all pupils.

What We’re Looking For

•Experience working with young children in a school setting
•Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or dyslexia
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
•Initiative, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to learning support
•Willingness to support the school’s Christian ethos (no requirement to be a practicing Christian)

Compliance Requirements

•All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
•Candidates must provide satisfactory references covering the last 5 years of employment or education
•Proof of Right to Work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this role
•Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential
•Completion of mandatory safeguarding training prior to starting
