About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact initiative within a large-scale financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering complex projects, driving automation, and working closely with both technical teams and senior executives.
You’ll be responsible for managing a project involving real-time market data systems, customer migrations, and DevSecOps practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading a £5m project with 40–50 team members across technical and customer-facing functions
  • Driving automation initiatives to create seamless, scalable delivery pipelines
  • Managing customer migration efforts with a focus on minimal disruption and high satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining detailed project plans, identifying critical paths and dependencies
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Applying DevSecOps principles to enhance security and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of real-time market data systems
  • Hands-on experience with customer migrations
  • Deep understanding of automation best practices
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps environments
  • Skilled in critical path planning, dependency mapping, and stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable working in large, matrixed organisations
  • Excellent communication skills, including with senior executives
  • Experience planning with customer-facing teams
  • Ability to influence and lead in high-pressure environments
