As part of their strategic growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and tech-savvy Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) to join their regional team in Bristol and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal service delivery.

Your new role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer position within the Real Estate Transactions team. You’ll be instrumental in driving knowledge excellence and innovation across the practice, working closely with partners, associates, and specialist teams including Legal Operations, Legal Tech/Automation, and Business Development.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering current awareness updates and maintaining high-quality know-how resources.
  • Supporting fee earners with technical queries and training.
  • Developing and enhancing standard documents and legal content.
  • Leading innovation initiatives to improve transactional efficiency using AI and legal tech tools.
  • Creating new knowledge formats such as playbooks and prompt libraries.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement tech-enabled processes.
This role offers a rare blend of legal expertise, strategic influence, and technological creativity, perfect for a lawyer who thrives on innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be an experienced Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate with:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Real Estate law and sector trends.
  • Experience using legal tech and AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Orbital Copilot).
  • A passion for innovation and a basic understanding of coding or automation principles.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to distil complex information into accessible formats.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience as a Real Estate Knowledge / Professional Support Lawyer would be a distinct advantage, but lawyers currently in a fee-earning role are welcome to apply.
