Hays are looking for a vehicle body shop assessor / Insurance Assessor who is looking to become an Engineer in this field.
You will be working remotely in this position with a competitive salary to offer.

To act as a technical vehicle construction and repair expert.
To provide assistance and support and develop the skills, knowledge and experience of an office team so they become more efficient and effective.
To carry out image-based desktop inspections and provide authority to independent and vehicle manufacturer repairers to agreed tolerance levels.
To review cases of complaints involving technical vehicle construction and repair issues and provide guidance and recommendation on the best course of action.
To conduct a regular sample audit of the repair network based on the Repairer Audit Policy in relation to correct claim circumstances, method, and cost of repair.
