Your new role
As an Operational Planning/MI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in producing and automating high-quality management information and business intelligence using Power BI and other tools. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with operational teams to understand and simplify MI requirements.
- Developing reporting and dashboards to monitor operational demand and resource needs.
- Overseeing monthly performance reconciliation across the group.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise resource allocation and improve efficiency.
- Supporting forecasting processes and contributing to change initiatives.
- This can be either a fully remote OR hybrid role with a 35-hour work week and flexibility to balance work and personal time
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in MI production, automation, and workforce planning solutions.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data techniques).
- Experience with workforce management tools for forecasting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
