NQ-2 PQE Casualty Solicitor sought after by leading insurance law firm

Our client is a leading full-service law firm which is continuing to grow significantly through a period of success. They are recognised as a Top 45 law firm and a top UK employer with an emphasis on employee growth and development. The firm are currently looking to expand their Birmingham and Leicester EL/PL teams and are recruiting NQ-2PQE solicitors/lawyers.
Your new role
This EL/PL Solicitor position will see you handle your own caseload of defendant employer's and public liability claims from inception to completion. Files will be a mixture of fast and multi-track EL/PL claims, subject to previous experience. You may also be asked to assist partners on higher-value multi-track claims. This role will see you liaise with clients, opponents, courts and witnesses whilst also conducting your own liability investigations.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive who is 0–2 years PQE. Previous experience handling your own caseload of fast and/or multi-track defendant EL/PL claims is essential. Successful applicants will have strong academics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a real interest in this area of law, with plans to develop your career in a well-run firm.
