Key Responsibilities
- Advising on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Handling complex tribunal claims and High Court litigation.
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Providing strategic advice on workforce restructuring, TUPE, and employee relations issues.
- Supporting cross-border projects and collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years PQE in employment law.
- Strong experience in both advisory and litigation work.
- Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service under pressure.
- Previous experience in an international or top-tier UK firm is desirable.
