With a collaborative studio based in Suffolk, the team offers excellent flexibility, including hybrid working arrangements.
About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join a dynamic and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of nationally significant projects, with a strong focus on integrating green infrastructure into residential developments. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality landscape solutions across all project stages, from concept to implementation, while also mentoring junior team members and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of landscape projects across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Manage projects effectively, balancing quality, timelines, and commercial considerations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across disciplines
- Attend and lead client, contractor, and local authority meetings
- Support junior team members through supervision and mentoring
- Postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture with 2–5+ years’ professional experience
- Ideally a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system, including London Plan and LPA requirements
- Proven experience in residential developments and multi-sector consultancy work
- Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop (Revit desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Full UK driving licence (access to a car preferred; rental options available)
