We are currently recruiting a Rip Out Labourer to join a busy social housing contract across the Macclesfield area. This role involves working within occupied and void properties, supporting refurbishment and maintenance teams with all aspects of strip-out works.

Your new role

• Carrying out rip-out and strip-back works in social housing properties
• Removing old kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, units, fixtures, and fittings
• Assisting trades on site and ensuring areas are prepared for new installations
• Clearing waste, loading skips, and maintaining tidy work areas
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures
• Working professionally around tenants and in occupied homes

What you'll need to succeed

• CSCS card (preferred but not always essential)
• Previous experience in rip-out, demolition, labouring, or social housing work
• Ability to work safely and follow instruction
• Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to support trades
• Own PPE
