A well-established regional housebuilder is looking for an experienced Labourer to join an active new build housing development in Carlisle. With ongoing work available, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent freelance work on a busy residential site.
Your new role
You will be working alongside the site management team and various trades, helping to keep the development running smoothly. Duties will include site clearance, moving materials, assisting trades, keeping areas clean and maintaining high health and safety standards across site.
What you'll need to succeed
Valid CSCS Card
Previous experience working on a construction site
Good work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full PPE
Available to start ASAP
