Labourer – Hotel Refurbishment
Location: Exeter
Job Type: Temporary long term
Rate: £14.50 - £16.00We are currently seeking a reliable labourer to join a team of contractors working on a hotel refurbishment project in the Exeter area.
Role Overview
You will be working alongside skilled trades on a busy refurbishment site. The role is predominantly labouring, with occasional assistance on basic carpentry tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- General labouring duties on site
- Assisting carpenters and other trades as required
- Moving materials and keeping work areas clean and safe
- Supporting refurbishment works in guest rooms and communal areas
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous labouring experience on construction or refurbishment sites
- Some carpentry background or experience assisting carpenters
- Valid CSCS card
- Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
