About the Role:
Hays is recruiting on behalf of a local authority for a Junior Project Manager to support the Corporate Landlord (CL) Programme Manager and the Asset Disposal Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile property and asset management programmes within the public sector.
The role is primarily remote, with occasional office attendance in Birmingham. You will report directly to the CL Programme Manager but will also work closely with the Asset Disposal Manager and other programme team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CL Programme Manager and Asset Disposal Manager in day-to-day project delivery
- Manage and maintain key project documentation
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making
- Create resources and materials for meetings
- Organise and coordinate key meetings and stakeholder sessions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Provide general support to the wider Corporate Landlord and Asset Disposal teams
Skills & Experience: - Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of project management methodologies and principles
- Experience working in a local authority or public sector environment (desirable)
- Knowledge or experience in property or asset management (desirable)
