The organisation I am recruiting for is a well established national IT service provider who, due to a restructure within their procurement department, is looking for a junior procurement assistant to join the team to help assist the team with the day-to-day work in the procurement team.

Your new role

This position would suit a candidate who is looking to gain experience within the procurement sector and learn the ropes in an experienced team.

The majority of the role will be:
Order Processing
Chasing deliveries
Speaking with suppliers
Communicating internally with colleagues to ensure that their supplies arrive on time

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in an office environment would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills
Accurate data entry skills
