Your new company will be working for a leading social housing provider in Wythenshawe on a temp-perm contract.

Your new role

You will be required to:

• Carry out responsive repairs
• Repairing or replacing doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves, and window frames.
• Fixing or installing kitchen units, worktops, and shelving.
• Adjusting or rehanging doors, including fire doors.
• Boarding up broken windows or doors.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need to:

• Have a full UK driving licence
• Have experience working in social housing
• Responsive repairs

What you'll get in return

In return, you will get a long-term contract with a leading contractor. You will also get a competitive salary of £36k, 33 days holiday and company van / fuel card.
