Are you a skilled joiner looking for your next opportunity in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment? We’re on the lookout for a talented Multi‑Skilled Joiner to join a well‑established team delivering high‑quality repairs across Chelsea & Kensington.
The Role
As a Multi‑Skilled Joiner, you’ll take the lead on joinery works while also supporting with a range of multi‑trade repairs—ensuring jobs are completed right first time.
No two days are the same—you’ll be out on site, solving problems, supporting residents, and delivering a top‑class service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out high‑quality joinery repairs and installations
- Completing multi‑trade tasks to ensure efficient first‑time fixes
- Delivering excellent customer service on every job
- Maintaining accurate job records and reports
- Managing your workload independently and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Keeping your vehicle, tools, and stock in great condition
- Participating in an on‑call rota (£525 per on‑call week)
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong joinery expertise with multi‑trade experience
- Experience in customer‑facing, target‑driven roles
- Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on the go
- Solid understanding of health & safety practices
- Social housing experience (desirable)
- Access to your own power tools (essential)
