Your new company
Our client is a well-established organisation responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of multiple commercial buildings across Leicester city centre, including a portfolio of student accommodation properties. They are now looking to strengthen their maintenance team with an experienced joiner on a temporary contract.
Your new role
As a Joiner, you will carry out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance works across several sites in the city centre. The role will involve working within occupied commercial environments, ensuring all joinery tasks are completed to a high standard while maintaining a professional approach when dealing with site teams and residents.
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £22- £23 p/hr (Umbrella)
Start date: 06/05/2026
Contract Length: 1–3 months
Based: Leicester City Centre
What you'll need to succeed
- Time-served or qualified Joiner (NVQ or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments
- Previous experience working within student accommodation
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple buildings
