• Carry out fire door maintenance and repair works in line with certification standards
• Complete remedial repairs to fire doorsets, frames, seals, closers, and ironmongery
• Ensure doors function correctly post‑repair and maintain fire integrity
• Work safely and professionally within a school environment
• Liaise with site teams to plan and complete works efficiently
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Carpenter with proven experience in fire door repairs
• Current Firemark or BM TRADA certified training in fire door maintenance and repairs (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of fire door compliance and safe repair practices
• Ability to supply and use own tools
• Reliable, professional approach suitable for working in educational settings
• Enhanced DBS (Essential) due to work being carried out during term time.
