My client is a high-profile consultancy who require a Senior Java Developer to deliver new functionalities on a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Senior Java Developer in a large, complex organisation.
- Previous experience working in an Investment Bank with FIX and e-trading experience.
- Consistent experience in front office trading environments.
- Strong understanding of front to back architecture, design and development of systems / frameworks.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and implementation of high performance / low latency systems.
- An understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
- Expertise in integration using quantitative analytical tools
- Strong working knowledge of Java API’s.
- The ability to provide production support
- Working knowledge of core Java v8, v9, v11+ and multi-threading.
