2nd Line IT Support Engineer | Permanent | 30-35k | Excellent Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a technical specialist to join a medium-sized team within the North Nottingham area where you will be a specialist in your field to provide support to external clients. Previous experience in a 2nd or 3rd Line Support role is required.
Role & Responsibilities:
As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions, we’re expanding our services to include an expert IT support team.
As such, we are actively seeking a self-motivated IT Support Engineer to work with our Service Manager to spearhead the establishment of our new IT support department.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience (or working for an MSP)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Required Skills:
• Microsoft Desktop Support
• Microsoft Server Support
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience with MS365 admin (Intune, Teams, Exchange Online) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with networking. (CCNA or similar an advantage)
• Hyper-V and/or VMWare
• RMM Tools (Datto, NinjaOne, etc.)
