IT Support, Day Rate Contract, Belfast, Up to £19.50 p/h
We are in search of a committed Service Desk Support Analyst to join our financial client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 40+ calls per day, efficiently managing time between calls to work on other assigned tasks.
- Provide 1st line resolution over the phone and implement 2nd line incident management techniques to resolve issues.
- Respond to inbound calls to the Premium Client Service Centre professionally and efficiently, resolving desktop issues over the phone and via remote console.
- Demonstrate control and organization in a highly changeable and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of Service Desk support analysts to ensure seamless support.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of Helpdesk experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and WIN 10.
- Experience with VDI support.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS networks.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
