Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support across hospital locations, diagnosing issues and delivering effective break/fix solutions.
- Perform floorwalking services to proactively support users.
- Engage with users to address technical concerns while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems in an MS Windows environment.
- Handle administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- Strong IT support skills, with experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in an MS Windows environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn in a busy and challenging environment.
- Good administrative skills.
- Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
