Your new role

As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the growth of a proven Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in the UK. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing deals and supporting clients post-implementation. Acting as the local commercial point of contact, you’ll collaborate closely with international teams to deliver exceptional service and drive market success.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing new business opportunities across SMBs, mid-market companies, and recruitment agencies.
  • Managing the full sales process: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Providing tailored product presentations and pre-sales support.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Building partnerships within the HR Tech ecosystem.
  • Gathering market insights to inform strategy and product development.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Native-level English or full fluency with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in HR Tech, ATS, or recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of the full sales cycle and customer success principles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the UK recruitment market (a plus).
