Looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong ERP implementation experience
OVERVIEW
This large utility company is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to help manage complex medium to large scale projects. They will manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to project control guidelines. This includes the management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and design the project and proactively monitor its progress, resolving any issues and initiating appropriate corrective action required.
- Manage the project budget, including monitoring of expenditure and timely reporting to the programme management team
- Manage 3rd party suppliers and delivery partners, ensuring timely delivery of their obligations
- Track and report interdependencies with other projects within the portfolio and communicate these to other projects and the Programme.
- Identify and manage resourcing to ensure the project plan can be delivered.
- Report to programme management at an agreed frequency and project progress utilising highlight reports.
- 10+ years experience in project delivery.
- ERP implementation experience.
- Experience with asset management systems such as Maximo, NMS, Copperleaf and Agile project delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects and programs.
- Experience in dealing with client teams at a Senior Manager level.
- Delivery of complex Digital, IT, Data or business transformation projects for large or medium organisations.
