IT Project Manager
Location: Somerset (Taunton)
Contract Duration: Up to 6 months
Daily Rate: Up to £550 per day
Hybrid working available: 1 day a week
Your Next Contract - Overview
Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to a digital transformation program. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, control project scope, and ensure successful delivery of multiple interconnected workstreams. This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing complex IT transformation projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing IT transformation projects in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2)
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology implementation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
Experience with change management and organisational adoption
Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and business applications
Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, ITIL) advantageous
