6 Month Contract IT Project Manager opportunity to lead ERP Implementation and Digital Transformation Projects
We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation and other strategic IT initiatives for a well-established, £500m turnover business based in South Yorkshire.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can manage complex projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive transformation across business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of ERP and related IT systems
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering
- Align IT solutions with finance, procurement, and commercial processes
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and data security standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations in complex environments
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL, Agile) are desirable
- Experience of delivering similar projects in a manufacturing, construction, engineering or related industry.
