About the Role
My client is seeking a talented .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around three years’ experience who is looking to work on meaningful projects within a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.
You’ll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our internal systems and applications, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions that support our business operations.
This role offers a high degree of flexibility, with remote working as standard and only two on‑site days per month required at our Dungannon HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including IT, Operations, and Product to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and well‑documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Support the delivery of new features, upgrades, and integrations within existing systems.
- Assist in the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
Skills & Experience Required
- Approximately 3+ years’ experience working as a .NET Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and related frameworks.
- Experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, or service-oriented architecture.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS (advantageous).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely.
