A leading professional services firm is seeking a Corporate International Tax Manager to join a rapidly expanding team that works across a wide range of industries. The team supports everything from innovative start-ups to major multinational groups, including complex cross-border structures and high-profile transactions.
You’ll get the chance to work on everything from international tax planning and cross‑border M&A to transfer pricing and UK/US tax matters. The client base is genuinely varied, so you’ll be working with complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects that will help you grow quickly on both the technical and commercial side.
Your new role
- Deliver compliance, reporting and advisory services for a varied portfolio of UK and international clients
- Support clients on restructuring, cross‑border planning, due diligence and global tax strategy
- Prepare and review detailed UK tax computations and returns for clients ranging from small businesses to large multinational groups
- Manage the delivery of high‑quality, commercially focused advice involving structuring, international tax, and specialist input from other teams
- Contribute to new business proposals
- Manage and develop junior staff, supporting their technical growth
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA qualified or CTA qualified
- Strong background within corporate tax compliance and advisory, ideally with exposure to international issues
- Experience managing restructuring projects, cross border planning and complex tax returns processes
- Comfortable engaging with senior managers, directors and partners
