We are supporting an exciting client here in London who has gone through major transformation as a result of a global business merger. This organisation has grown rapidly and is continuing to expand through acquisitions. As a result, they need someone to come in for 4–6 months to support a newly created global function for IT Procurement.

You will support the Procurement Transformation Lead to coordinate and manage global procurement policies to leverage different regional requirements. In this interim role you will support a high volume of technology procurement projects which include, supplier consolidation, stakeholder management, definition of negotiation strategies for upcoming renewals. In this interim procurement role there is a broad coverage of technology sub-categories, with a focus on software licence renewals, and some peripherals.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong negotiation background and good knowledge of technology suppliers and contracts. You will be able to step in within the next week or two for this interim assignment. This role is based twice per week on site in Central London, so you must be within commuting distance of zone 1.
