Interim Finance Manager – Kings Lynn (Hybrid)
£20M Turnover Organisation 6-Month Contract Immediate Start
Are you a hands-on finance professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic, mid-sized organisation? We're seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join our team in Kings Lynn, supporting a business with an annual turnover of approximately £20 million.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role while the wider finance team focuses on a major system implementation. This is a 6-month interim assignment, with hybrid working and a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the reforecasting process in January 2026, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder alignment
- Drive the budgeting process from February onwards, collaborating with budget holders across the organisation
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather insights and align financial plans
- Maintain rigorous balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial integrity
- Support across various areas of the finance function, bringing a flexible, all-rounder mindset
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role
- Comfortable working in a small, agile finance team
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and budget holders
- Either CCAB Qualified or Qualified by Experience
- A proactive, sleeves-rolled-up attitude with a willingness to dive into the detail
